Get-up, get moving, and come join Parenting’s nation-wide Fit Generation 5K Run + Family Festival at Mt. Normandale Lake Park in Bloomington on Saturday, July 30th. Parenting’s Fit Generation, with the help of NBA/WNBA FIT, will unite the community to celebrate a healthier lifestyle for all families, kids, and the community. The main event will feature the CHIPTIMED 5K RUN through beautiful space of Mt. Normandale Lake Park. Adding to the event atmosphere will be the unique 5K STROLLER ROLL, giving parents an opportunity to exercise with their child. As participants cross the finish line, they will be greeted with a fun festival atmosphere featuring live entertainment, a huge post-race food buffet, awesome event t-shirts, tons of raffles, and unique awards for top finishers. And let’s not forget about the little ones, the FREE KIDS FUN RUN & DIAPER DASH is a great way for kids to exercise and earn their event shirt and finisher’s ribbon.
