Get-up, get moving, and come join Parenting’s nation-wide Fit Generation 5K Run + Family Festival! Parenting’s Fit Generation, with the help of NBA/WNBA FIT, will unite Floridians to celebrate a healthier lifestyle for all families, kids, and the community. The main event will feature the CHIPTIMED 5K RUN through the beautiful streets of Winter Park, FL. Adding to the event atmosphere will be the unique 5K STROLLER ROLL, giving parents an opportunity to exercise with their child. As participants cross the finish line, they will be greeted with a fun festival atmosphere featuring live entertainment, a huge post-race food buffet, awesome event t-shirts, tons of raffles, and unique awards for top finishers. And let’s not forget about the little ones, the FREE KIDS FUN RUN & DIAPER DASH is a great way for kids to exercise and earn their event shirt and finisher’s ribbon.

Y KIDS CARE!
Let the YMCA provide you peace of mind while you race!  Children ages 4-9 are welcome to participate in outdoor games and projects while you race.  Activities will be provided by trained and caring YMCA staff.   Y Kids Care will be available from 7 AM – 9 AM weather permitting.  Preregistration required by emailing boliver@cfymca.org. Y Kid’s Care will be located in the grassy area by the main stage.  Parents dropping off the children must be prepared to leave identification to be used for pick-up safety.   Questions can be referred to Meghan Gruszynski at 407-571-4839.
